Internal Family Systems Helsinki

András Rátonyi

Certified IFS practitioner

I grew up in Budapest, Hungary and lived in the US and the UK before I settled down in Helsinki, Finland. This is where IFS found me. I was so inspired by its power to facilitate connection and healing that I decided to get trained and start practicing.

I became an IFS practitioner in 2020.

What is Internal Family Systems?

“Internal Family Systems is a powerfully transformative, evidence-based model of psychotherapy. We believe the mind is naturally multiple and that is a good thing.  Our inner parts contain valuable qualities and our core Self knows how to heal, allowing us to become integrated and whole. In IFS all parts are welcome.”

Richard C. Schwartz, Founder, IFS

How can IFS help?

We all have innate resources to heal ourselves from the traumas and attachment injuries we have experienced throughout our lives. These resources cannot be damaged, and healing is always possible. IFS offers a safe and respectful way to access these resources, free ourselves of the burdens and shame we carry, and restore internal harmony.
